Couples
We LOVE helping couples find their way back to each other, or collaboratively make the decision to part ways and support each other's well-being. We use Evidence-Based methods, in particular, The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Couples, integrated with strategies from other methods, including PACT Couples Therapy. It's important that you reach out for help as soon as you recognize dissatisfaction or difficulties. On average, couples wait SIX YEARS after problems develop before seeking help.
We STRONGLY SUGGEST that each partner complete the following assessments and bring them to their first appointment.
